1992 Chevrolet Corsica
The only available body style in 1992 was the 4-door sedan and the 4-door hatchback
body style disappeared. It remains to be a front wheel drive in drivetrain classification.
The antilock braking system was standardized however.
In that year the 2.2L 4cyl engine that gives 95 hp was boosted by the new fuel
injection system into 110 horsepower output. With the 4-cylinder engine, the 5-speed
manual transmission remained standard while it became unavailable for the V6 engine.
The 3-speed automatic transmission was still available as an option for both base
engines.
The Chevrolet Corsica's specifications remained the same in this model year.
It still carries the wheelbase size of 103.4" and an overall length of 183.4".
The standard and maximum capacity remained 5. Cargo capacity is 13.5 cu. ft. and
curbing weight is 2.638 lbs.
There are also optional features for the car like air conditioning system, power
door locks and windows, rear defroster, AM/FM radio with or without CD or cassette.
Customized wheel and tilted steering is also an available option.
